Our condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your vacation including Linens, Towels, Beach Towels, and Beach Chairs.

This condo is situated overlooking the Gulf offering breathtaking views of the barrier islands and all walks of life from Ospreys to Manatee and Dolphins!

3 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 6 in 2,000 sq feet Amenities include: Airconditioning, Wireless High Speed Internet, cable television, heated pool, Gulf dock, 6 lighted tennis courts workout facility with dry sauna, covered parking, gated entry with 24 hour security personnel.

The Master Suite has a king bed with a private bathroom with dual vanities and outside slider doors for access to the very large lanai which is overlooking the Gulf. The Master Suite also has a ceiling fan, alarm clock, plenty of closet space and television.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be put together if a single larger bed is needed.

The third bedroom is an office/study with tv and sofa that pulls out to bed overlooking lanai and Gulf with its own bathroom.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit.

Rental Policy:

Check In time is 3:00 p.m.

Check Out time is 10:00 a.m.

All rates are subject to 12% State Tax

$500.00 Security Deposit Required with Reservation

Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is removed from Security Deposit

Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival

All rates and taxes are subject to change.

Refund Policy:

A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations

For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained.

If the condo can be re-rented, a prorata refund will be issued.

Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.
